Step 1 – Complete the Booking Form
Fill in your details below to reserve your teen’s place. Required information includes parent/guardian name, email, phone, teen name, and date of birth. Further information will be required once you have reserved your place (passport and insurance details, dietary requirements, medical information, and any special requests). This information will be collected through the full Participant Registration and Consent form.

Step 2 – Secure Your Place with Payment

• Deposit: £500 secures your teen’s place |
  NB Deposit is fully refundable for 7 days and until our Terms & Conditions are signed, whichever comes first. Full booking details and Terms & Conditions will be emailed to you once you have completed the Booking form below.

• Balance: £1,270 due 8 weeks before departure (29 May 2026)

Step 3 – Receive Confirmation
Once we receive your booking form and payment, you’ll get:

• A booking confirmation email

• Terms & Conditions of booking

• Full participant Registration and Consent Form

• Your booking reference

• Regular updates, including travel and packing information
